Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- Italy
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- North America (United States and Canada)
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping may not be supported at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners such as GLS, FedEx, and InPost, depending on destination and operational requirements.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 2–3 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 business days
- North America: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Italy: €6.50 (free over €120)
- European Union: €12.00 (free over €120)
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: €15.00 (free over €120)
- North America: €20.00 (free over €200)
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
DUTIES & TAXES
United Kingdom and Switzerland: For shipments delivered to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
Rest of the World (outside the European Union): For all shipments delivered outside the European Union, including North America and all other non-EU countries, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional clearance fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be requested by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to bear any applicable import costs.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
DELAYS
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand. We are not liable for such delays.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery. We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt and reporting any visible damage immediately to the courier.
TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations for logistical, legal, or operational reasons.
