  2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

    These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered on this website and apply to all purchases made by consumers within the European Union. By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or place orders.

  3. DEFINITIONS

    Customer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

    Products: all items offered for sale on the website.

    Contract: the purchase agreement concluded online.

  4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

    The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

  5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

    Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary depending on screen settings and minor variations may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to modify product details at any time without notice.

  6. PRICES

    All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after payment has been received.

  7. PAYMENT METHODS

    Accepted payment methods are Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We do not store or process payment details directly.

  8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    We ship within the European Union. Shipping costs are €6.50 for Italy and €12 for the EU. Free shipping applies to orders above €150. Delivery times are indicative only: 24–48 hours for Italy and 48–72 hours for the EU. Orders are shipped via GLS, FedEx, or InPost. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We shall not be held responsible for delays due to couriers, customs or logistics issues, or force majeure events.

  9. RISK AND DELIVERY

    Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods. The Customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier.

  10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

    In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  11. ORDER LIMITATIONS

    We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to cancel orders suspected of resale or distribution.

  12. RESALE PROHIBITION

    Products sold are intended for personal use only. Any resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict access in case of suspected resale activity.

  13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on this website, including but not limited to images, videos, product designs, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of ST2000 S.R.L. or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  14. PROHIBITED USE

    Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, or engage in fraudulent activities.

  15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or data, or delays caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.

    We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.
